Honest, I tried to go with a theme but I couldn’t just settle on one.

Within this list I included books that I have been gifted during December (Christmas and birthday), books that have a holiday flair, books that have been turned into movies (and I saw the movie during December), and simply books that have probably been collecting dust on my goodreads shelf of “eternal growing” (my to-read list) since I first started my account.

Can I get a virtual highfive and shoutout to Meg, from Crummy Cooks & Cats, for recommending “Oryx and Crake” by Margaret Atwood in November? Head on over to her blog to see what she’s up to and her meowsome cats are getting into!

What have you been reading this month? Have you been participating in any book challenges?

As you can see I have finished two of the books for the month already and have written their reviews (well, their outlines on post it notes) so they will be up before the year is out.

Happy reading, book lovers!
